The list of supported cryptos is constantly growing
Which blockchains do you support?
For the first time we will support BTC, ETH and Waves, then we will add ETC and LTC to that list. After that we will be adding the most popular blockchains and those which are demanded by ICO holders.
How do you keep a record of the payments and users that the payment belongs to?
We use PostgreSQL on the back-end. You also can see the whole backend architecture on the slides.
Are you prepared to a DDoS-attack?
Yes. We will use Cloudflare as an anti-DDoS measure and the servers will run in Amazon Cloud to provide the best reliability.
What about security? Where are funds kept once participants make deposits?
We don't store keys from the wallets on the back-end nodes so there's nothing to steal from them. We use secure nodes which are not accessible from the Internet. We forward the received payments from those nodes to your or your escrow's addresses almost right away (max delay is 12-14 hours).
Do you provide total access to the list of participants including email to the ICO owner?
Of course, we provide the full access to the list of investors. Though we don't ask them for emails, only for addresses in the blockchain where the tokens will be distributed.
How much do you charge for the service?
The base percentage is 3%. It increases with the number of blockchains we have to support and decreases with the size of the minimum and maximum goals of your ICO.
